Returns Policy
NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you believe you have received a faulty, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us at info.dromenlyr@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos that clearly show the issue with the item.
Refunds will only be provided if the item is confirmed to be faulty. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our return standards. Handle all items with care when trying them on. We cannot accept returns for items that are stained or dirty.
Shipping Policy
Deliveries are expected to arrive within 2-5 business days. Pre-orders are subject to varying delivery dates due to importation. Shipping charges will be applied to your order at checkout. DRØMEN store will, not pay shipping costs for uncollected packages.
